THANK YOU both. I had a mild heart attack on Friday when I realized we were still on [our old AMS] long after we told [them] we would be off. I had prepared Mary for a disaster where every integration broke and we had to prematurely launch our new AMS. None of that happened thanks to you guys. I’m lucky to have you both on my team!

I just wanted you to know how wonderful Harris was this evening. Recordati called and wanted something changed on the click campaign, so I tried to change it and messed things up. I thought I was just changing text, but the click campaign started directing the user to PAW 2022. I was so worried and reached out to Harris not expecting a response. He called me immediately and got everything fixed. We had a TV interview go live this evening and it was sending people to the website, so it was important that it was fixed. Better yet, Harris showed me how to revert something if I ever do that again. I just wanted you to know what a great guy you've got there. He really went above and beyond. Thanks again, Harris! You saved my butt big time.
